Shipping policy

<p>Last updated: 17 September 2026</p> <h2>Where we ship</h2> <p>We ship worldwide. Shipping is free on all orders within the United States. International rates are calculated at checkout.</p> <h2>How long it takes</h2> <p>Every bag is printed to order, so there are two stages:</p> <ul> <li><strong>Printing:</strong> 2 to 5 business days</li> <li><strong>Transit, United States:</strong> 3 to 7 business days</li> <li><strong>Transit, international:</strong> 7 to 20 business days, depending on destination and customs</li> </ul> <p>Most United States orders arrive within 5 to 12 business days of ordering.</p> <h2>Tracking</h2> <p>You will receive a tracking number by email when your order leaves the printer. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement.</p> <h2>Customs and import duties</h2> <p>International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties or taxes charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict them.</p> <h2>Delays</h2> <p>Printing is handled by a production partner, and occasionally an item fails quality control and is reprinted. If that happens we will email you rather than let the date slip quietly. Carrier delays during November and December are common and outside our control.</p> <h2>Damaged in transit</h2> <p>If your order arrives damaged, photograph the item and the packaging and email us within 7 days. We will reprint and reship at no cost.</p> <h2>Wrong address</h2> <p>We can change a shipping address before printing begins, usually within a few hours of ordering. After that the item is already in production. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we will reship once you confirm a corrected address; reshipping is charged at cost.</p> <h2>Contact</h2> <p>Email: projectcre8tivity@gmail.com.
