All designs are original works owned by Everyday Thought.</p> <h2>Intellectual property</h2> <p>All artwork, designs, product photography, and written content on this site are the property of Everyday Thought and may not be reproduced, resold, or used commercially without written permission. Purchasing a product grants you ownership of that physical item only, not of the design printed on it.</p> <h2>Colour and appearance</h2> <p>Screens vary, and printed colour will not match your monitor exactly. Printing on natural cotton canvas also produces slight variation between items. If an item arrives materially different from its listing, that is covered by our refund policy.</p> <h2>Sizes</h2> <p>Listed dimensions refer to the finished bag. Small variance of up to half an inch is normal in made-to-order production.</p> <h2>Pricing and availability</h2> <p>Prices are in United States dollars and may change without notice. Where a pricing error is obvious, we may cancel and refund an affected order rather than fulfil it. We will tell you if that happens.</p> <h2>Orders</h2> <p>Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send order confirmation by email. We may decline an order in cases of suspected fraud, an address we cannot ship to, or a listing error.</p> <h2>Your account</h2> <p>If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under it.</p> <h2>Acceptable use</h2> <p>Do not scrape this site, resell our product photography or written descriptions, or use the store for any unlawful purpose.</p> <h2>Liability</h2> <p>To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.</p> <h2>Governing law</h2> <p>These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.</p> <h2>Changes</h2> <p>We may update these terms.
